So occasionally when I stop at Assi Plaza International Market in Noth Wales, Pa Ill buy a tray of Korean Fried Pollack Filets and Ill have some left over the next day and Ill make a yummy giant fish taco with fresh guac, lettuce and a tiny bit of sour cream. SOO GOOD
