Almond Butter Powder Cake (Layer Cake Or Pound Cake Styles)
First, decide which kind of cake you want
POUND CAKE TEXTURE
Preheat the oven to 350oF
Sift the following together, into a large bowl
3 cups Sugarfree Almond Butter Powder
6 t baking powder
1 t salt

1/2 cup Allulose
1/2 cup Monkfruit
1/2 cup Splenda
2-1/2 stick butter, softened
6 eggs, room temp
1-1/2 cup milk, room temp
1 t vanilla
Just put all the wet ingredients above in a blender/Vitamix and process at high for 1 minute.
Then pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients then mix till smooth, pour into the pans and bake for 25-30 mins.
Let cool completely.
