Low Carb Philly Tomato Pie
1 box King Arthur Keto Pizza Dough, prepared and risen once and rolled out into a neat rectangle with a raised edge.
1 large can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
Canned Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil
Preheat the oven to 350F
Put the dough in a greased cookie sheet
Spread the tomatoes on the dough, brush the raised edge with oil, sprinkle with about 1/2 cup of the cheese and bake
