I made them "ugly" cause Im gonna use them for "Cookies and Cream" style desserts
Low Carb Keto Oreo Wafers (stuff them yourself)
Preheat oven to 325oF
Put parchment on a baking sheet
1 1/3 cups Dutch-process cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups Mandelmel
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
Whick all of the above together, set aside

1 t vanillaBeat the butter and allulose together, then add the eggs and vanilla,
Then beat dry and wet and with your hands, knead until it comes together in a ball.
Rol;l out and cut circles, or just press down into flat cookies.
Place on parchment and bake 20 mins
Cool on racks
