This is a better update from my previous Fluffernutter Cake.
Updated 3 Step Fluffernutter Cake
Preheat the oven to 350oF
Grease and flour 2 round cake pans

Sift the following together, into a large bowl
1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups Sugarfree Peanut Powder (Jif Brand is sugarfree)
4 t baking powder
1 t salt

More and more Im utilizing the blender/Vitamix cake making method, its just so simple and easy and gives the same result...
2 cups sugar
2 stick butter, softened
4 eggs, room temp
1 cup milk, room temp
1 t vanilla
Just put all the wet ingredients above in a blender/Vitamix and process at high for 1 minute.
Then pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients then mix till smooth, pour into the pans and bake for 45 mins.
Let cool completely.

Put one cake on a rack over a cookie sheet
2 stick butter, softened
4 eggs, room temp
1 cup milk, room temp
1 t vanilla
Just put all the wet ingredients above in a blender/Vitamix and process at high for 1 minute.
Then pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients then mix till smooth, pour into the pans and bake for 45 mins.
Let cool completely.

Put one cake on a rack over a cookie sheet
Warm up one of the jars of the Fluff in the open jar in the microwave till its just stirrable (about 30 seconds on high),
Pour it evenly over the cake on the rack till its covered, let sit till the fluff "hardens back up".
Put the second cake on top and do the same with the 2nd jar of fluff.
Carefully use two large spatulas to move it to a cake server.
DO NOT CUT UNTIL IT COMPLETELY SETS BACK UP
Cut with a wet knife or dental floss to serve,
