Cheeseburger Cupcakes

This is just half the recipe

Cheeseburger Cupcakes


Preheat the oven to 350oF
Put mini cupcake papers in a mini cupcake pan)


1-3/4 cup Self Rising Flour
1/2 cup pickle juice
2 T each Mayo, Ketchup, Yellow Mustard
2 T chopped red onion
Few T of water


Mix all the above ingredients together
Scoop into the lined tins


Top each with
1 Thawed IKEA Meatball (or other NON Italian meatball)


Bake 25 mins, turn oven off
and immediately top with small squares of
Sliced Orange Cheddar while still in the oven and then close the door until its gooey and melted
