3-8 oz packs of reduced fat cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
3 T flour
1 T Old Bay Seasoning
2 T Kraft grated Parmesan Cheese
2 T Kraft grated Parmesan Cheese
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven for 375oF

Whisk all the above ingredients together and set aside
Crust
1/2 cup Lemon Flavored Breadcrumbs (Bookbinders Fish Fry line)
2 T melted butter
Mix the 2 crust ingredients together and press into the bottom of a 6 inch nonstick springform pan, then pour half the above mixture into the pan and smooth the top to even, then spoon
1 can pink (aka claw) crab meat, drained
over top
Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture on top of that, then smooth and by hand place

1 can white lump crabmeat, drained
over top,
press down gently and sprinkle Old Bay over all.
Place in the oven loosely covered with foil.
Bake 1 hour, then switch off the oven and let it sit in there undisturbed for another hour.
Take out and let cool completely.
To serve
Run a butter knife around the rim and pop the Spring and carefully remove. Slice small slices for party plates and serve with crackers, toast triangles,
over top,
press down gently and sprinkle Old Bay over all.
