I used to bring whole wheat toast and a bag of Dulse to work with me when I worked at the Seafood Restaurant. I could eat whatever I wanted for lunch everyday. So Id broil up some bluefish and make this samich everyday. It is a great way to highlight Dulse
Fresh Bluefish filets baked till its well done
Dry Dulse Seaweed
Whole Wheat toast

Freshly made Cocktail sauce
Put it together and eat
My boss would joke with me everytime Id eat it about my seaweed samich.
But Dulse is so yummy
