Poutine





Baked or fried Ore-Ida Steak Fries, HOT out of the stove or oven

Cheese Curds

Canned Beef Gravy heated up and doctored up with a lil ketchup, Kitchen Bouquet, Marmite etc.(the secret is that it needs to be very flavorful and beefy)

Make sure the gravy and fries are piping hot. Put the fries in a dish strew the curds over all then pour on the gravy
