Furikake Ginger Sesame Shrimp With Lemon Mayo Tartar Sauce

 

1-2 lb Tiger Shrimp, peeled with tails left on

Marinade

1 T Grated Ginger
3 T Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
 
Marinate the shrimp in the above mixture for about 1 hour, then straighten them out, on skewers

 

Coating

1/3 cup Flour
1 cup Water
 
 Dip the shrimp in a flour water mixture,
 
1-1/2 cups Flour
1/2 t Onion Powder
1/2 t Garlic Powder
1 t Salt 
1/2 t Pepper
1/4 cup Furikake

 Then coat in the above mixture.

 Fry on skewers in a deep fryer till golden

Lemon Mayo
 
3/4 cup Olive Oil
2 T Whole Dried Eggs
3 T Water
1 T Dijon
2 T Lemon Juice
Salt
Pepper
 
Put the eggs, water, dijon, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a Immersion blender cup and stir to blend.
let sit 5 mins then add the oils and insert the immersion blender and blend bottom to top until thick.
If you like, add relish.
 
Serve with the shrimp
