Pav Bhaji is a very popular Indian food, its basically mashed spiced and heavily buttered veggies served with a soft whole wheat bun, onion, more butter and a lemon wedge. Its SO good. I made an Indian-Mexican Fusion Pav Bhaji. Its great for picky kids who say they hate veggies but love Tacos. To eat just dip bits of the Pav (Bun) in and eat. They will never know its got all those veggies in it.
